remote transfer error

I use remote transfer feature. but when start transfer, it appears an error in the image, both servers are not down:

I upgraded it but it still notice an error:

ip: 134.259.87.88 , it is a new cyberpanel vps, backup transferred to it

I tried on both 2 vps, it noticed the same error

can they ping each other, root login + password authentication enabled?

ping time out, root + pass authen enabled, I have turned on before to install cyberpanel, I am using lightsail vps

yes, Both vps I can fetch full account to choose,

It pings another host to check if it is online, but as you said above that ping times out, it will not work. Make sure they can ping each other, ping requirement was removed remote from backups, will remove it from remote transfer as well.

For now you need to make sure they can ping each other.

hx, lightsail disable ping, it can’t enable. Can I have any other solution to transfer backup and restore faster?
