Remote Transfer ERROR, using latest cyberpanel Update on both servers.

Hi, i get this error when trying to import websites from Cyberpanel to Cyberpanel

############################ Starting remote Backup Start date: 05-45-11-Sat-Jul-2019 ############################ [05-45-11-Sat-Jul-2019] Connection to:000.00.00.00 Failed, please resetup this destination from CyberPanel, aborting. [5010]

Im able to fetch but not start transfer.
any way to make this work?

Do you have any firewall installed?

I recently ran into this issue, by turning off the FIREWALL on BOTH servers, i was able to transfer successfully.

Just turn it back on when you’er done :slight_smile:

On both end SSH port 22 should be enabled, and root password auth should also be enabled. (Can disable root password auth later)
