Hello CyberPanel Support,
I recently purchased the CyberPanel Add-On Package for $7.99 per month on November 8th. Although I received confirmation of payment and acknowledgment of my purchase, I am experiencing several issues that I would like to bring to your attention:
1. No Access to Add-Ons: Despite the confirmation, I am still unable to access the promised features, such as one-click WordPress installs and other add-ons. I was informed that I would have immediate access after purchase, but these options remain unavailable.
2. 7-Day Free Trial: I was told that I would receive a 7-day free trial for the add-ons. However, I cannot find any information on how to activate or use this trial.
3. Broken Links on Your Website: When navigating your website, I have encountered broken links that make it difficult to access the support and add-on sections.
These issues are causing me to lose confidence in the service. I’m still willing to give CyberPanel a fair attempt but need these problems resolved promptly to continue using the platform effectively.
Could you please look into this and provide a resolution as soon as possible? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
