PowerDNS Cluster - Hidden Slave

We currently have a standalone DNS cluster running on PowerDNS, like so:

Masters (Hidden, authoritative):
m1.cluster.ext
m2.cluster.ext
m3.cluster.ext

This would be a CyberPanel master where you can configure upto 3 slave servers.

Superslaves (Recursive and public-facing, for resolving):
ns1.cluster.ext
ns2.cluster.ext
ns3.cluster.ext

This would be another CyberPanel instance where you configure the slave using master server ip address.

There lies my confusion, where does the CyberPanel nodes, hosting our clients websites, fall in this cluster?

Hello @av_admin Happy you are here The guide’s title says it all " Master/Slave PowerDNS Replication on CyberPanel" meaning it only replicates DNS zones only. Once all of the steps above are completed, open your Master CyberPanel and create website, now go to your CyberPanel Slave and make sure zone is replicated there
