phpMyAdmin max size problem??

Hello guys,
I can’t upload any sql above 2mb I went to “EDIT PHP CONFIGURATIONS” and changed the value and saved then clicked the restart button but it’s always the same!!

also there’s a command line I don’t know where to execute this by putty or what!
“systemctl restart lscpd”

the last command is useless I’m still facing the same issue ?? any solution please!

solved : change php 7.3 and change the values then restart
it depends on which php version phpmyadmin run on that’s it.
