PHPMYADMIN auto-login no response

One day i couldn’t access phpmyadmin error missing sqli. updated CP to newest commit and got other issue - no response ,
after pressing button ACCESS NOW -nothing happening . phpmyadminsignin.php (pending)

Did you recently updated/upgraded the server or changed root database password?

Using server for more than 1 year . Didn’t change passwords . If you need more infor please ask. i need to know the right troubleshooting process to find issue .
