Phpmyadmin access issue: Fernet key must be 32 url-safe base64-encoded bytes

Hi,
I am having access issues with phpmyadmin in CyberPanel. It’s working fine from admin account. But when i am trying to access through user accounts or client accounts then its showing this error
{“status”: 0, “createDBStatus”: 0, “error_message”: “Fernet key must be 32 url-safe base64-encoded bytes.”}
Please advice what could be the solution.

Which server os are you using?

Are you using the latest copy of cyberpanel - stable ?

Try run the upgrade script and see if the issue goes away
