Whats the FTP home path the “/” like some are /home and others have diffrent ones

On the latest version, we’ve added an option to enter a custom path.

If path is not set, default is /home/domain.com

And if custom path is selected than it is /home/domains.com/public_html/custom

Hello, I am not able to access my ftp. When i enter details. the file manger stops @ Retrieving Directory Listing.
