ClosedOpenLitespeed Stoped working again

Hi

Again for 10 times openlitespeed stopped working …

I don’t know why but there is important problem in openlitespeed that’s not working and stopping suddenly…

in the past , when every time that stopped , I had no choice to install cyberpanel again , but now there is more complicated to install it on clean os ! and I dont have any Idea to fix this problem
I just think this problem is related to the vhost config file

Open your ssh terminal reboot the server once its backup run htop and keep it open.

Log into OLS WebAdmin console and toggle debugging

Open another terminal and tail /usr/local/lsws/logs/error.log the issue should be present here and you can confirm any php spikes on htop.

Post screenshots here of both the log and htop the issue is definitely there.

In the last hour the web console of openlitespeed was not opening , but now its work fine and all site are working

I want to know why sometimes this is happen and how can I prevent from this again ?

Most of the time its usually a php process issue where some processes loop or hang. Do you have WordPress website or php websites that consume memory or run several plugins?

Also are you consuming redis from your websites /webapps? I am seeling redis is running on your server

Yes . All of site are running wordpress
As you know , in wordpress we need plugin but I try to use less plugin as I can.
During the installation of cyberpanel , redis ask to install and I accept that but I use the Memcache because I think its compatible with the Litespeed or Openlitespeed and plugin for wordpress from this company and have no Idea why its running , if its useless , I remove the redis to avoid this problem again…

and if I switch to LiteSpeed ENT , dos it happen agian ?
I mean is that related to free webserver ? and if I paid for it , dos it going to truble?

Yes it might. Purchasing litespeed does not mean bugs are patched while in OLS bugs arent. Customers always misunderstand the difference between Litespeed and OLS. LiteSpeed is best for users who want extras only such as esi support etc. From my own experience LiteSpeed is best used alone not with cyberpanel. That’s the only way to maximize what you pay for.

What you need is sth like this Pricing & Plans - CloudPages.cloud or Pricing - CyberHosting that comes with managed support. Any provider with managed support but avoid Hostinger.
