New 2.3.5 CP upgrade button. How does it work?

2.3.5 now has the CP upgrade option from the webui. The drop down list offers all the vs options. A couple of questions.

  1. Is this function the same as doing the normal CLI upgrade script?

  2. Can you downgrade to a previous version (as all are listed )if there is an issue with a new vs (I assumed that was not a good idea)?

UI upgrade feature is beta and it works same as CLI update, but it is not as stable as the cli update as of now.

Also if you switch to an older version where there was no UI update feature, then upgrade will go through but this feature will vanish.
