I obtained a 10/10 score on https://www.mail-tester.com/ but cannot resolve this issue. I’ve tried everything checking DKIM, DMARC, SPF, MX, etc records.
The IP is not blacklisted, I have tried on 3 different IPs and new domains.
However, when I test via https://platform.cyberpersons.com/MailTester/
got the invalid DKIM error.
Can the support help me resolve it? even if its paid.
