My ftp wont start

Hi
I have ubuntu 20.04 and installed the latest cyberpanel
now the ftp wont start and when I start it manully from controlpanel , I’m not able to login with ftp tools like winscp or filezila

it seems port is blocked by firewall or imunify

Hi
I removed th csf and imunify but still have problem to start purftp
Now with removing the csf , I dont have access to cyberpanel anymore
I just changed the CP port and ssh port, now I tried to connect via ssh and I give this error:
Connection timed out

Disable firewalld through esxi or vnc to access your cyberpanel server.

With your help , I fixed the Connection timed out and loged in to cyberpanel again
Now the icon of ftp is not green

but stil have problem in conecting to my host with ftp …
the firewalld is disabled.
