My FileManager doesn't load

Hello everyone, as I wrote in the title when I try to use panel’s file manager, it doesn’t load. You can look at the image below. If anybody can help I would be glad.

Hello again! I am sorry for the flood but I thought that it might be caused by the rewrite rule I added last day. I delete the rule and it started to work (even the rule didn’t work as I hoped :/). It was that:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\. [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L]

Has somebody an idea about what was the thing went wrong?

Hello, I am sorry for the late response. My version is 1.6.

I also have a problem about SSL feature. I have two websites and I couldn’t issue SSL one of them. It says:
“Cannot issue SSL. Error message: 0,347 Failed to obtain SSL [issueSSLForDomain]”

Can you help me please?
