what can i do now to solve this problem @josephgodwinke

Hello @abdul545 Happy you are here

Start by setting up a rDNS for your server. Go to where you are enjoying your server subscription from and setup ipv4 and ipv6 ptr records to the domain of your mailserver e.g.

I have setup rdns for ipv4 in linode ptr records but was unable to do that with ipv6

No problem give it 30mins and try check your dns records if the ptr record has been setup.

If you see your ptr record all setup. Do a test here by sending an email to the email address you see when you visit that link. Then click test to see results. Post results here (a screenshot)

its been two or three days since i did this
