lsphpXX-pecl-xxxx not available in CyberPanel

I have just installed CyberPanel on an Ubuntu 20.04 server using the following command:

sh <(curl https://cyberpanel.net/install.sh || wget -O - https://cyberpanel.net/install.sh)

Why are no pecl packages shown in the PHP Extensions dropdown?
