Hi, i got the problem about the litespeed, the license key show me expired, please somebody help me.

I have renewed, but it is not taking effect in the CyberPanel dashboard.

Dear Support Team,

Since October 8, 2025 at 10:42 UTC, all of my websites hosted on the VPS with CyberPanel have stopped responding and are showing the error 522 Connection Timed Out (Cloudflare).

Important details:

  • The domains are active and properly configured in Cloudflare.
  • I tested other websites of mine that are hosted with different providers, and they are working normally.
  • Only the websites hosted on this VPS with CyberPanel are affected.
  • I have already confirmed that DNS records are correct, and the issue appears to be on the server side (failure to respond on ports 80/443).

Please kindly check:

  1. If the VPS is active and has normal network connectivity.
  2. If the web services (Apache/Nginx/LiteSpeed) are running properly.
  3. If there are any firewall rules or resource limitations preventing the connection.

This is an urgent matter, as all of my projects hosted on this VPS are currently down.
