LiteSpeed custom error pages not working

I have tried to edit the 404 example page but it keeps showing the default 404 error page even after deleting it from the $VH_ROOT any idea?

*also used the official litespeed guide but it doesnt change.

ok, and do you know how or where edit the default page when using the server ip? “http://mymachineip”

This is the location but mapping of example vhost is removed for security reasons, you need to map it to default listener again.

No you can’t change the default 404 error you see whenever you visit your ip it because the error page auto generated and is precompiled in the program i checked the source and was able to identify the class from where it was generated but you can’t change the class unless you decided to compile litespeed by yourself.
