List index out of range in error logs sent

I have Ubuntu 22.04 and the logs sent to my admin email mostly contain the text “index out of range”. I have applied the upgrade twice.

I have another server running Ubuntu 20.04 and it works fine. So I assume there must be an issue with newer packages.

How can I debug this issue?

I have decided to disable in the crontab the entry for

/usr/local/CyberCP/bin/python /usr/local/CyberCP/plogical/findBWUsage.py

Apparently there might an exception reporting the error in that script. I have disabled the script in my crontab
