I would like to have the benefits of some of the built-in plugins found here
I use it on local machines but never on production servers. I would like to know if there are any drawbacks? Or if someone has already done it.
I have no personal experience with this plugin. If this plugin is performing ok on local machine you can try on your servere
Based on my experience, NO it’s not. I’d recommend to avoid any customisation and use CyberPanel as it is.
In the opposite case, you probably even won’t notice that some some functional stopped working or became buggy until it’s too late 
Stick to bash dot files instead, Bash dotfiles — dotfiles documentation, and keep as simple as possible
That’s stressful after modern, comfortable terminals like OHMYZSH, FIG or FISH, but much less painful than a constant need to make clean installations because something went wrong after some update or cron-screept run
