Internal server error

Hello,

I recently downgraded my DigitalOcean droplet plan and encountered an issue while login in CyberPanel admin. Here are the steps I took:

  1. Took a snapshot of my existing droplet.
  2. Created a new droplet with a lower plan using the snapshot.
  3. Changed the IP address on Cloudflare.
  4. Tried to login to CyberPanel, but received the following error:

“Internal Error The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.”

After changing IP on cloudflare my website is working fine, but I was unable to login in cyberpanel dashboard.

Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if there’s any additional information I can provide to help diagnose the issue.

You have multiple issues and its best to address one at a time in a topic each.

multiple things could be causing this first check if mariadb service is running

service mariadb status || systemctl status mariadb

also post the contents of the service status:

$ systemctl restart lscpd && sudo service lscpd status

Same issue. After the IP Address change. unable to login via cyberpanel. Websites and SSH working fine. Any solutions.
As mentioned, I have updated the IP address and restarted. Still no effect. and same error

Solution please.
