I recently downgraded my DigitalOcean droplet plan and encountered an issue while login in CyberPanel admin. Here are the steps I took:
- Took a snapshot of my existing droplet.
- Created a new droplet with a lower plan using the snapshot.
- Changed the IP address on Cloudflare.
- Tried to login to CyberPanel, but received the following error:
“Internal Error The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.”
After changing IP on cloudflare my website is working fine, but I was unable to login in cyberpanel dashboard.
Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if there’s any additional information I can provide to help diagnose the issue.
