when i try to instrall imagick for php 7.4 (but also for other versions) i get:

Last metadata expiration check: 0:10:41 ago on Mon Jul 25 17:31:07 2022.
(try to add ‘–skip-broken’ to skip uninstallable packages or ‘–nobest’ to use not only best candidate packages)
PHP Extension Installed.

but nothing is installed.

installed manually and works

If on automatic thing this is happing do the yum/apt update first
