Install cyberpanel with downloaded package from gitub

Hi , I want to know what is this file ?

And if I want to install cyberpanel , how much it will download? According to this guide 01 - Installing CyberPanel - Docs - CyberPanel Community need at least **Minimal 10GB free space**

I need to install that in offline, for some reason, so need to change the installer.sh file to point in local area (I must download all dependency and put in in my environment) that my connection be able to download the file.

My os will be Ubuntu tls 20.4 and all dependency for this os should be downloaded and I have and must change the download link in the sh file,

In fact, I have many problems in my internet connection, so I need help in this case

Can anyone help me please?

I mad change in MTU size in ubuntu and it worked
