Index files issue

Hello,

I recently installed CyberPanel on AlmaLinux OS 8 (64-bit) with OpenLiteSpeed
CyberPanel Ver.: 2.3 | Build: 4

Try to active Index Files form mydomain:7080 as below:

But when opening mydomain.com/Test it shows the below error:

# This page isn’t working
**mydomain.com** is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Also, I created file.html, and I can show it without any issue

Any suggestions to resolve this issue?
