Imunifyav, phpmyadmin,snappymail WORKING - but no access via cyberpanel - pending

Issue Summary:

  • All websites are functioning well with their own external app using PHP 8.1.
  • Server config:
    • LiteSpeed SAPI App: lsphp81, located at uds://tmp/lshttpd/lsphp81.sock.
    • Script handler for PHP: LiteSpeed SAPI, pointing to lsphp81.
  • CyberPanel and websites are working fine.
  • However, services located in /usr/local/CyberCP/public such as Imunify, phpMyAdmin, and SnappyMail are stuck in pending mode when accessed. Even a newly created test.php shows the same issue, while test.txt works fine.
  • No errors are logged when trying to open phpMyAdmin via CyberPanel.

Extra Information:

  • Permissions for the public folder and its contents:
    • public folder and its subfolders: root root 755.

Additional Notes:

  • The server’s nogroup and nobody users/groups:
    • nogroup: lsadm, lscpd.
    • nobody: /nonexistent, /usr/sbin/nologin.
