ImportError: No module named settings

I cant execute upgrade.py nor cPanelImporter.py and getting same errors. I installed official CyberPanel from Google Cloud Marketplace (v1.8.9)

i updated successfully with sudo (i didnt know it wasnt working default) but i cant import cpanel.
