I have valid SSL certificate but have warning on https in firefox and chrome

Hello,
when i try to connect to cyberpanel (all my domain an subdomains), i have security warning about ssl certificate. but in the dashboard all my certificates are valid (none has expired and i have no error about them all) .
Please can you tell me how to solve this issue?
