I cant send emails error "cant connect to server

i cant send emails error “cant connect to server” . i dont know why i could be able to login to the snappy mail but cant be able to send emails error ''cant connect to server" .I literally dont know why and the reason about that can you please help me

Hello @abdul545,

From the mail logs it suggests that sensible-mda may not be installed or properly set up on your server, leading to issues with email delivery.

Other issues:

Ensure that your SMTP settings are correctly configured. You can do this by navigating to the SnappyMail admin interface at https://SERVER_URL:8090/snappymail/?admin#/domains and testing the SMTP connection for all domains by clicking on the asterisk (*) next to each domain
Verify that all DNS records are correctly set up that includes all SPF and DKIM records
Can you confirm if ports all open - 25 for SMTP, 587 for SMTP with STARTTLS, and 993 for IMAP
