I can't log to cyberpanel port problem

Hi I issues hostname all worked fine than I try to fix timezone in PHP Ini with cyberpanel but didn’t work on my website I had to use terminal to set it than I restarted the server now I can’t log in
My websites work fine and can access litespeed panel just cyberpanel won’t get in
I use CloudFlare I changed port to 8443 before issu hostname
So 8090 and 8443 won’t work
Even using just IP with port won’t get in
I’m newbie in vps any help
