How to Enable Outgoing Spam Filtering Using SpamAssassin

Hello,
I have Enabled SpamAssassin in my CyberPanel and it’s work fine to mark incoming message as [Spam] as per the contents and behavior of messages.
Here I need to Enable Outgoing Spam Filtering Using SpamAssassin to keep protects the mail server from becoming blacklisted/blocklisted and legitimate email being blocked.
How can I do it?
I am appreciating for any help regarding this.
