How do I remove my customer details from cyberpanel.net?

Hi all!
Sorry to ask this here, but I’ve been trying to unsubscribe from the marketing emails (:tada: Get 10% Bonus Credit + Lightning-Fast Cloud VPS from $9.99/mo) for a few months now, the unsubscribe link has no effect, I opened two tickets in the billing area to close my account and they’re just closed with no reply.
Can someone please email me and/or remove my details entirely, I’ve no used Cyberpanel in what must be a decade, then all of a sudden I’m getting fortnightly/monthly special offer emails.

You’re not alone.

The “unsubscribe” link in the emails doesn’t work, and emails to help@cyberpanel are ignored.

You can create a filter in your mailbox to auto delete mails from the email id you are receiving it.
