How do I configure my email?

How do I configure my email to be able to receive and send messages to my users on my forum that I am going to set up? I use digitalocean, it already has the port open and I use cloudflare

This is not related to CyberPanel.

However, for us being able to help you, you need to give us more information than that:

  1. What is the forum CMS you’re using?
  2. What is the scope of email provider (sending via SMTP or another way)?
  3. What do you mean by configuring your email - as within email server or connection to email/server from your forum CMS?

I use Xenforo, and these options are available

In CyberPanel:

  1. Go to Email > Create Email https://<your_domain>:8090/email/createEmailAccount
  2. Create new email
  3. Go to Email > List Email https://<your_domain>:8090/email/listEmails
  4. Select newly created email
  5. On the left side you’ll see the SMTP credentials

In Xenforo:

  1. Select SMTP
  2. Provide SMTP credentials from your CyberPanel Email SMTP settings.

My question, to send and receive mail, DigitalOcean has port 25 open, how do I configure it?

You can open/close ports on your server in Firewall settings. If you’re using CSF, the ConfigServ CSF.
