I am trying to gain external access to a database in one my websites.
I have tried to add my IP and the server IP in remote access under Databases tab and then use it as Host in Navicat along with db username and password but still no luck. I have verified that ports 3306 are open from the hosting provider side and i also added them in CSF for TCP IN/OUT ipv4.
Still cant connect. Am i missing something?
