I am struggling to get my DNS configuration working properly. This is where I am at.
Namecheap Glue Records for domain maxvogel.com are set:
ns1.cloud.maxvogel.com → 174.138.52.42
ns2.cloud.maxvogel.com → 174.138.52.42
Namecheap is still pointing to my Cloudflare Nameservers which resolve my other records. The following records are currently set in Cloudflare:
A ns1.cloud.maxvogel.com → 174.138.52.42
A ns2.cloud.maxvogel.com → 174.138.52.42
I simply added a test subdomain (test.maxvogel.com) to Cloudflare:
NS test.maxvogel.com → ns1.cloud.maxvogel.com
NS test.maxvogel.com → ns2.cloud.maxvogel.com
I have “successfully” created the nameservers in CyberPanel. When I add a zone for the test domain (test.maxvogel.com). I am unable to add any records.
I would appreciate the community’s thoughts, suggestions, and knowledge.
