I have a problem installing a control panel, I did all the steps
hello
im not developer so i cant understand the log
but…
did you already apt-get update upgrade your system then reboot before you run the installation ?
I reinstalled vps and it doesn’t work, what is the problem?
developer recommend to install cyberpanel manually not from oneclick installer via vps dashboard
and run apt-get update and apt-get upgrade after install ubuntu 20.04 and reboot
then only @shoaibkk and team can help
Which VPS provider are you using? Are you starting with a fresh Ubuntu 20.04 install or are you doing something like an automated Ubuntu + LiteSpeed + CyberPanel?
As @MyIDKaTePe said, it is best to start with a fresh Ubuntu install and then install CyberPanel via SSH with the root user, using the command and method in this document:
01 - Installing CyberPanel - 01 - Install/Upgrade - Docs - CyberPanel Community
I want an administrator on a site here to be able to install a panel on vps
I’m not quite sure what you’re asking… are you saying that you want someone from the CyberPanel team to set up your server? If so, you can go to CyberPanel Cloud and pay for service. Otherwise, this is a free, open-source tool that users are expected to learn how to use themselves.
- Do a fresh installation
- run apt upgrade
- run cyberpanel installation script if still not working let me know.
make sure run as root.
I did a reinstall that didn’t work
@LIONHAERT Please help us help you - you’re not answering any of our questions or giving any information. Until you do that we can’t do anything else for you.

You didn’t answer any of these questions
I use vps, the provider is a German site
I suggest you try another vps provider for now, just to see if that fixes the problem. Perhaps there is something wrong with their Ubuntu image. Vultr HF is a good value one.
My friend, I had an installation error
For some reason CyberPanel does not work on Ubuntu 20.04 anyomore. Try to inst all it on CentOS 7
But: If you try to install Cyberpanel again after a failed installation this wont work. For me it seems like the server does not know how to replace existing files and doesn’t know where to put these.
Try it on CentOS 7.
Good Luck and stay health
Pum!
i still use 20.04
