Gmail, Outlook etc. mail is not going

When I try to send emails to Gmail, I get the following error and I cannot send emails in any way.
Mail is coming but not going

Any solution on this… I am having similar issues. I can receive mail, but can’t send… I’ve done everything I know, but to no avail. Help please
