I tried to setup git tracking for the public_html folder and CyberPanel deleted the folder completely.
First I initiated the Git in that folder and them I added a remote Git to a github repo.
The files where deleted after connecting to the empty github.com repo.
When I go back to that page in CyberPanel it asks me to init or connect the Repo again like nothing happened.
Where is the git initiated on the ubuntu filesystem?
