Full Backup Schedule problem

We are facing a problem with the full backup schedule.

When we create a backup manually to the home directory, it works perfectly.

But when we schedule the backup to the defualt path of Cyberpanel /home/backup

The website return the error:
dBVeE/m0enskCmdkSnV0O8LYQxowUYjx-u user1 rm -f Aborted, Failed to run cp command during backup generation…[365] [5009]

and generate a some directories inside like /home/backup/dBVeE/

We use the default option fix permisions etc… but it still happens.

Anyone meet and solved this problem?
