I know it is possible to create an FTP account for each individual website, but is there a set of FTP credentials that can be used to get access to all the files across every user?
I tried my admin credentials but they did not work.
There are mentions across other topics for an SFTP connection, but I don’t see any discussion about what credentials to use for it.
