It is mostly easier and more intuitive with Apache. OLS is very different, a solid interface would ease management and security for administrative areas.
AFAIK, the whole point of using a panel like CP is to ease the server management. Otherwise I could already do everything using config files or a collection of bash scripts.
Having such a feature in File Manager for example would ease the burden. This might be most wanted feature by webmasters/administrators.
