Fast Mirror Very very slowlest

Your fast mirror that addresses epel.dionipe.id is very slow.
Either their servers are slow or limit download speeds.
When I installed the Regional Cyber Panel in Indonesia. I get an average speed of 40 kb/s. With this speed it makes no sense.

Proof of a screenshot:

I tried running 2 servers at the same time with the same specifications and server. Server A installs the cyber panel (Very Slow) and Server B tests downloading the video file (154 mb/s).

Please replace it for the Fastmirror. I was very disturbed and wasted my time.

Why when I download a file from another server, I get a good download speed. Only the bad ones when getting download connections on epel.dionipe.id fast mirror.

Can you explain it?

epel.dionipe.id is not related to cyberpanel at all, it is a mirror of epel repo.
