Face An error with opening File Manager

Hello , I need help for solving that Error msg " type object ‘processutilities’ has no attribute ‘outputexecutionerooo’ "
*First I not my VPS 100% !! I restart server same error , I go and check one website when I try to open file manager I face that error :sad_but_relieved_face:

And I try update cyberpanel but facing same error also I canot access with ssh account
Please If any one solve that issue PLZ share it with me or share a recommended stable version !
