I can never try to install Remote SQL but still get these errors.

I am having the same issue too.
I cant install cyberpanel on my new server
centos 7
64GB RAM

I have found the solution mate,
first of all install python from How to Install Python 3 on CentOS 7
then install cyberpanel. that’s it.
