error restore backup

i’ve already backup my wordpress, but when i restored i had getting error

it’s said : Error Message: Failed to create Databases!. Not able to create Account, Databases and DNS Records, aborting. [5009]

i used cloudflare for cdn and manage dns, also my version of cyberpanel is v. 1.7.1
