You cannot send emails. Use snappymail admin - Go to https://SERVER_URL/snappymail/?admin If you dont know your password follow this guide SnappyMail admin password reset - #2 by seanfitz09

Then post screenshot of https://SERVER_URL/snappymail/?admin#/domains testing

Ok seems your ports are open and everything works except the mailserver ssl is seflsigned. Can you issue a new mailserver ssl using cyberpanel https://SERVER_URL:8090/manageSSL/sslForMailServer

My email is now working fine but ssl is not working with mailserver “http://siteIPaddress/snappymail/index.php”
what may be the issue

Mailserver ssl is selfsigned

Run

$ postmap -F hash:/etc/postfix/vmail_ssl.map
$ systemctl restart dovecot 
$ systemctl restart postfix
