ERROR: Can't send email using cyberpanel snappymail

I configured the mail system with the VPS mail server and now i am accessing and sending the email using snappymail but I cannot send or receive the email. I am getting this error each time " Cannot send the email".
Are the ports blocked to send or receive the mail?

Can anyone explain to me why it happened and what is the solution to it?

Where did you get those records from ? The only record that makes sense in that red box is default_domainkey - this is DKIM record title typically from cyberpanel

You can also add the v=spf1 record you see in the screenshot I attached. i.e. the first record in that list. See this to understand what it is and how it helps SPF: SPF Record Syntax

All those cpanel records should be deleted. Leave autoconfig and autodiscover records for exchange accounts to work properly plus dont proxy those records.

Good now you need to copy the public key and create a default._domainkey in your cyberpanel dns manager.

Check if the database and map exists ls /etc/postfix/vmail_ssl.map and ls /etc/postfix/vmail_ssl.map.db

Yes the commands worked. Seems the ssl is self-signed we need to issue it. This is a problem with Let’s Encrypt not cyberpanel

You need to create rDNS PTR record on your server. Contact your server provider for help. They should show you where you manage your server from; how to add these records

Quick google search shows this How to Use PTR Records on VPS | Hostinger Help Center you already have everything to do this, even pictures.

but my question is, why still it is showing unsecure mailerver access?

I already upgrade the cyberpanel and reboot the server, also reissue the mailserver SSL

Wrong a rDNS record should be mail.mydomain.com i.e the domain of the mailserver or rather subdomain of primary domain

but in the mentioned document there is no mail.domain.com for PTR records

Here are some comments from Hostinger Support

" The IP address 45.90.223.119 is added to a known email blacklist:

1489×385 26.4 KB

Email providers usually do not accept emails from blacklisted IPs and if it is not changed, you will continue experiencing issues."

They are saying that you need to change the IP address of VPS, because VPS IP address is blacklisted.

Are you satisfy with the answer of the support team?

I changed the PTR records to mail.domain.com

Yes, the email is not sending and it is due to SSL not working for mail server

I already tried that and that time i got the error message from snappymail notifications which was related to ssl of mailserver
