Error: “553 5.7.2 [TSS09] Yahoo Mail

hey everyone this is my first time posting but I’m really Struggling with yahoo delivery
for the last 4 months I received this error message frequently when sending email campaigns

Error: “553 5.7.2 [TSS09] All messages from 79.99.28.252 will be permanently deferred; Retrying will NOT succeed. See https://postmaster.yahooinc.com/error-codes” while connected from jesepe.uneafuseauean.xyz (79.99.28.252) to mta5.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.74)

I tried every method / solution and best practices and nothing works !!

so if anyone have the same problem or have the solution ill be appreciate

They probably blocked your IP or domain for sending spam.

unfortunately I have the same problem

Running own email server, you need to have your mailing lists only what people actually subscribed them self. If using any dogdgy mailing list you get banned very fast.
