I’m trying to create and load a new email list on my website but getting this error. I tried updating the cyber panel to the most stable version even though it doesn’t work out for me.
I’m trying to load email addresses from a TXT/CSV file that I uploading using File Manager. I already checked the user and group permission, it shows the user associated with my domain name. Even I tried fixing it by changing the permission to root, even though it didn’t work out.
Please help!
