Hello team,
I set up my server on cyberpanel one month back and everything was working fine until yesterday and suddenly emails are not being delivered to the customers, I checked with SMTP plugin and it is sending the emails but only the problem is customer is not recieving the emails
I have run debug test using Email debugger and it says all checks are ok and all the ports are enabled
Do not know what is causing the issue, please help me with this

I see we are able to recieve the emails from customers but the customers are not recieving any emails from our support email, please help me here

Last time I set up DNS records with the help of you guys and as I reported until yesterday everything was working fine and customers used to get emails in inbox, I have never seen emails going to spam folder.
There are many reasons for mails to go into spam. If your mails were received into inbox with the same DNS settings until now, and all of sudden its going into spam without any change in DNS entries then I believe your receiving end users might have marked/reported your mails as spam.
You will need to change the server IP to counter this issue or use a third party mail service like Zoho or Google workspace.
Actually I followed one tutorial yesterday to keep the server secured and I changed the profile config to high, could you please let me know what it is set to when we intially set up the server?
You can try the reset to defaults option of csf if that is the case.
Did that, still the same, can you check from your side once, I can provide the details, as it was working fine before could you help me here?
