Hi
My Cyberpanel server is hosted on Vultr. The server has a main IP and a secondary IP. The secondary IP is a reserved IP which is fixed and can be moved to a new server on Vultr. This is useful in case of disaster recovery and means I can get my company website back up extremely quickly if the original server fails. There would be no need for any config or DNS changes with the new server. Just spin up a new server, load the backup, attach the reserved IP to it and go.
Cyberpanel is set-up on secondary reserved IP. This address shows in the top left corner of the Cyberpanel GUI. All DNS entries point to this address (web and email). However, when I do an email deliverability check using MX Tools or Cyberpanels own email checker, it indicates the sending address is the main IP. How can this be? It should be secondary IP.
So my question is how is the email sending IP address set in Cyberpanel? Is there a config file I can change to set it to the correct secondary IP?
thanks
Alan
