Hello @ajinananth
This domain bitzburg.com does not have valid DKIM keys or none. Kindly create them for the domain by either creating a website or creating them manually

DKIM Signing
Starting version 1.6.4 you can now check whether you want to setup DKIM DNS records for your domains. If OpenDKIM is not installed, it will prompt you to install OpenDKIM, which you can do so via pointing your browser to:
https://<IP Address>:8090/email/dkimManager
If OpenDKIM is not installed, it will ask you to install OpenDKIM on this page, after installation you can see DKIM keys for your domains.

I’m using zoho mail for bitzburg.com
For email server we use bitzburg.in. we are tring to send email by bitzburg.in. ex, From: [email protected] to [email protected] .
The mail is not sending only the mail hosted by zoho. Before it was working properly.
[email protected] mail is hosted in ZOHO.
[email protected] mail is hosted in our own server using cyberpanel.
When I send mail from [email protected] to [email protected] then the mail is rejected dut to “Mail rejected due to antispam policy”.
But when I send the mail from [email protected] to any other mail like gmail, its working
This is all wrong. What you are trying to do is impossible. Check the documentation you can only handle email delivery though zoho or cyberpanel choose one - Configure Email Delivery - Zoho Mail Setup
if you have set up local email delivery settings in your previous host, the emails sent from your previous email server will be delivered internally, and will not be delivered to your Zoho mail accounts.
I think you are not understand the problem,
Both domains are different one domain is .com another is .in
.com is hosted in zoho mail.
.in is hosted in cyberpanel.
I’m saying [email protected] is not sending mail to [email protected]
Follow this guide to setup Achieve 10/10 Email score with CyberPanel! you need to setup rDNS ptr record for your mailserver etc. If you ran into issues kindly revert back here.
This is configured properly, Kindly gothrough the first conversation, I have shared the screenshot of rDNS is properly configured, But in mail-tester.com , It says no rDNS configured.
It was working properly before. we received the emails before.
I think this issue cause after update to latest version.
the rDNS is not configured correctly - mail.mailserver.com should be the correct ptr record
This happened exactly after you updated ?
who is your domian provider?
godaddy is the domain provider
The emails are working but, its only not received by zoho mails. The other emal providers its working fine.
Kindly refer the PTR for our IP.
We have to check with IP right not with domain?
Our IP is properly pointed rDNS.
I have attached the email received in gmail inbox(No Spam).
Kindly follow my advice. You are going round in circles.
But here they mentioned to set rDNS for domain name only right -
[How to Build Free SMTP Server with CyberPanel in 5 Minutes]
Sending emails to the inbox is always a tricky thing for even experienced system administrators, running a healthy email server requires great attention. I will be mostly talking about transactional emails in this article, even though it can be applied to marketing emails. Some companies process a large number of transactional emails on daily basis (in millions). Transaction emails involve:
Account Confirmation Emails (…
Honestly this is wrong. This is why you are getting errors during mail test here Email rejected by Zoho mail . If you read the rDNS error during mail test itself it states that your email was sent from domain.com not maildomain.com . You need to fix this
Sorry for more questions,
